a Thai citizen in 1947, Mr. Itthivat Bhiraleus obtained a Bachelor
Degree of electrical Engineering (First Class Honor). Having gained
industrial experience over 30 years, he then received The Chakra Medaland
Knight Commander (second class) of the Most Noble Order of the Crown
